The concept
In partnership with Redonner, we offer you to give a second life to your shoes, bags, but also clothes and linens!
By participating in a more circular fashion, we reward your donations with a voucher to be used on the e-shop. Find below all the details of the process, step by step:
Step 1: sorting
It all starts with sorting out your closet: clothes, shoes, leather goods, linens are accepted, regardless of their condition or brand.
Once the items have been selected (clean and dry), collect them in a well-closed airtight bag. This protects them from rain and himidity once deposited in the dumpster, also makes it easier for you to transport and facilitates the work of the sorting teams.
The shoes must be tied with laces or with an elastic band to prevent the feet from being separated.
Step 2: deposit
Select a drop-off point via our widget by entering your postal address, then enter an e-mail address and validate to know the rest of the steps.
In exchange for your participation in a more circular fashion, we reward your donations with a voucher to be used on our online store.
Step 3: validation
Validate the deposit by clicking on the link received by e-mail: once on the Redonner page for Vanessa Wu, simply upload the photo of the deposit which will be examined within 24 hours and which will trigger the €5 voucher reduction. You will then receive a second e-mail confirming that your deposit is being validated.
Once the deposit has been validated, the process is closed upon receipt of a last e-mail containing the code allowing you to benefit from 5 euros offered on your next order.

Which countries are eligible?
Redonner partner collection points are located in France and Belgium, so these are the only 2 countries currently eligible.
THE DONATION
What is the minimum amount of items to donate?
There is no minimum number of pieces, the donation is accepted from one piece or from a pair of shoes. However, only one donation per month is counted.
In which bag should I put the products I want to donate?
In a well closed and not too bulky bag (3kg maximum, otherwise their size is too big to fit through the container hatch). For example, you can use a garbage bag of 30L or less.
Do I have to put a label on the bag I drop off?
No, no label is to be put on the donation bag. You just have to make sure that it is closed and airtight.
Is there a limit to the number of deposits I can make?
Only one deposit per month will be accepted by Redonner, allowing the creation of your voucher.
THE VOUCHER
Are they any purchase conditions for using the voucher?
There are no specific purchase conditions (no minimum amount nor products excluded from the offer).
If I make a return for an order that I paid for with my voucher, will the voucher be credited back to my account?
Redonner vouchers are not recreditable.
If I make several deposits, will I receive a bigger voucher?
Making several deposits does not increase the amount of the voucher: whether you deposit one or more bags of donations, the voucher will always be €5 in total.
